Refund & Cancellation
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation policy explains eligibility for Net Core Studio programs priced in KRW. It supplements Korean consumer protections including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions where applicable.
2. Cooling-off Period
For distance contracts, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without reason, provided digital access has not begun. Once live sessions or downloadable kits are delivered, partial charges may apply as described below.
3. Full Refunds
Full refunds are issued if we cancel a cohort, if you withdraw before materials are unlocked within the cooling-off period, or if duplicate charges occur.
4. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after accessing proprietary materials but before the halfway mark, we may retain a portion covering delivered mentor hours and admin costs, not exceeding 60% of tuition unless law requires a lower cap.
5. Non-refundable Items
Third-party licenses you purchase separately, shipping of printed collateral after dispatch, and bespoke 1:1 add-ons labeled non-refundable at checkout are excluded.
6. Process
Email hello@net-core.one with your invoice ID, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days with a decision and timeline.
7. Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment path. Bank timelines may add additional days outside our control.
8. Cohort Moves
One complimentary cohort deferral is available if requested at least 14 days before start and capacity exists. Additional moves may incur a seat-change fee.
9. Exceptions
No refunds for violations of conduct policies leading to removal. Force majeure events may trigger credits instead of cash refunds when legally permissible.
