General Terms
1. Agreement
By accessing Net Core Studio programs or materials, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not register or use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide studio-style UX engineering education, critiques, and cohort-based learning. Deliverables, schedules, and tooling are described per program page and may evolve with notice.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials remain Net Core Studio property unless stated otherwise. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or recording for distribution is prohibited without written consent.
5. Participant Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, or sharing confidential cohort work without permission may result in removal without refund except where consumer law requires otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Net Core Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Total liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties agree to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ulsan, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may designate alternate venues.
8. Termination & Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. We may suspend services for operational, legal, or safety reasons and will communicate alternatives where feasible.
